You have 3 options for booking any of our Driving Experiences.

1) Purchase the Driving Gift that you want on our Super Secure THAWTE protected online system, where you can also choose an online PDF voucher if short of time, cancellation waiver, personal accident policy and the all important video and photography to capture that special day. As before you can upgrade at any point prior to actually arriving and taking the driving experience.

2) If you are unsure of exactly what to buy and what it includes you can phone one of our experienced team of Gift Advisors, all who have years of experience and have helped thousands of people to choose the correct gift. They will help you decide and make sure you have exactly the right experience but remember you can always upgrade to a different car or course and with an open voucher the recipient chooses the time and location.

At Everyman we have teamed up with Captured In Digital one of the UK’s best providers of in car video and external race car photography. You can now relive your driving experience day after day with superb digital video inc GPS , G force and circuit overlay. Or how about that office wall ? a superb high gloss shot of you pushing that Supercar to the limit or perhaps a reminder of the fantastic present of a day you will never forget.

CLOTHING

What should I wear?

Sensible clothing that is comfortable for driving, with no sharp trims or studs etc. It is advisable to wear trainers or similar to ensure that quick and accurate foot movement is possible. Sorry NO high heels, walking boots or cowboy boots.

All safety equipment is provided, however if you have your own (BS approved) helmet you may bring this with you if you prefer.

WEATHER

What do I do if it’s raining or forecast bad weather?

Don’t worry the weather should not affect your experience,  our track is perfect for driving in most weather conditions, with our expert Driver Trainers you often learn more on a wet track than dry. However if extreme weather persists i.e. snow, fog or ice, please ring 01455 841670 and choose option 1 for advice. If the date has to be cancelled for your own safety, you will be given as much notice as possible and offered an alternative date.

CATERING

Can I buy food & drinks on site?

Yes, we have an American Themed Diner that will keep your spectators well catered for, open all day. However you may bring along your own picnic, if you wish.

DRIVER RESTRICTIONS

Are there any height or weight restrictions?

Yes, drivers shorter than 5’0" or taller than 6’4" and/or weighing more than 17 stone may have difficulty being accommodated. Please call 01455 841670 (option 1) to check if you are unsure.

DRIVING LICENCE

Do I need a driving licence to take part?

Yes, on an Adults course you have to be aged 17 upwards with a Full UK or EU Driving Licence is required to take part on a Driving day.

You must bring your Driving Licence with you on the day of the event. All drivers must be able to drive a manual transmission vehicle.

On a Junior course - no licence is required, but you have to be aged between 12 to 16 and over 4’10".

INSURANCE

Am I Insured?

All experiences are covered by Third Party Liability Insurance.

What happens if I damage a vehicle?

You are liable for the first £2000 of any damage you cause which is beyond the normal wear and tear to the vehicle. There is an option to purchase Vehicle Damage Waiver Insurance which will insure you against this. However, if the damage is a direct result of your reckless, negligent or deliberate action then you will remain liable for the £2000, regardless of whether you have Vehicle Damage Waiver Insurance or not.

Vehicle Damage Waiver Insurance Premium - £20.00,  payable on Event Day if required.

 

 

DISABILITY

Can you cater for disabled drivers?

Yes we can. However you would need to call to discuss the individual specific disability with our senior instructor and we would look at the Health & Safety Risk Assessment issues. Under no circumstances should you pre-book without prior consultation.

Disabled facilities are available at both Prestwold and Mallory Centres

SPECTATORS

My partner is attending, what if I want to have a go?

As long as you have a Full Driving Licence with you and comply with all of the above, you can where possible and subject to availability purchase a Driving Event. If you prefer not to drive or do not hold a licence, why not purchase a High Speed Passenger Ride.

How many people can I bring with me & do you charge for spectators?

As many as you wish ... & NO we do not charge for spectators coming along to watch you.

Can I bring my children with me?

Yes, as long as you have an accompanying adult to supervise children, whilst you are driving.

PETS

Can I bring my pet with me?

NO Pets are allowed on site, other than Working Guide Dogs. Please note that the Car Parks are situated near the circuits, do not arrive with your pet in your car.

Privacy
Any information you provide to Everyman Motor Racing including account and credit card details, are stored in a manner approved by Data Protection legislation and we enforce strict internal security procedures to ensure compliance and prevent unauthorised access.
Other than as necessary to fulfill your order we will not disclose your personal information, any secret or confidential information to any third party without your written consent or unless we are required to do so by law.

Web site Descriptions & Prices
All descriptions and illustrations in the web site represent the general idea of the gift or Experience and shall not form part of the contract. All information, prices and claims are correct to the best of our knowledge at the present time. We reserve the right to amend the information or prices relating to the products in the web site without notice. All prices include VAT @ 15% but are subject to change if the VAT rate changes.

Supply of Experience or Gift
We plan arrangements for your Experience many months in advance. Very occasionally changes may be made and we reserve the right to do so. This may involve having to reschedule the timing and/or location of an Experience, possibly at short notice, owing to availability, booking numbers, safety, technical problems or other factors beyond our control. We cannot be held liable for any costs incurred in any of these circumstances. We will try to provide a nearby/other alternative wherever possible. In the unlikely event that a suitable alternative cannot be found, a full refund will be available. Similarly, we reserve the right to withdraw supply of a gift without notice due to unavailability or discontinuance of a product line.

Course Content
We reserve the right to make changes to the course content without notification. All details of our experiences are as accurate as possible but we reserve the right to substitute equivalent alternatives in all cases without notice and without liability. Where a lesser alternative is offered or substituted, you are entitled to receive a maximum compensation equal to the net cost of the element of the Experience missed. Session lengths are given as an indication only and normally you will be taking turns with other members of the general public. We are not responsible for any increase or decrease in session lengths and cannot be held liable for any costs incurred in these circumstances. In the unlikely instance of any course element not being completed, the maximum compensation available is limited to the net cost of the element not completed.

Payment - excluding The Formula One Experience
Full payment is required at the time of booking. We are unable to reserve payment or make provisional bookings unless credit terms have been agreed. We reserve the right to cancel any order where full payment has not been received within credit terms or where payment has defaulted. Any vouchers issued in these circumstances become void without further notice and we cannot be held liable for any costs incurred.

Health, Age, Physical and Size Restrictions
All driving days have certain age, legal, health, physical and size restrictions. For the driving experiences, participants shorter than 5’0" or taller than 6’6" and/or weighing more than 17 stone may have difficulty being accommodated - please check with a Customer Service agent prior to booking if you are in any doubt about eligibility. For driving experiences, participants are required to hold a full, valid UK or European driving licence and must be able to drive manual transmissions. We are not responsible and the Experience is not refundable where these restrictions have been breached.

Availability and Booking a Date
All experiences are offered subject to availability and weather conditions on the day. It may be necessary to book a day on certain Experiences well in advance due to demand. We are unable to make provisional reservations. You are advised not to make travel, hotel or other arrangements until your booking has been confirmed in writing. The issue of a ‘TBA’ voucher does not constitute the confirmation of a particular date.

Voucher Packs
Voucher packs are sent by first class post. You can normally expect delivery within 5 working days. Express delivery is available - orders will be delivered the next day if ordered before 1pm. We cannot hold vouchers for delivery on a certain date. We are not liable for any loss suffered as a result of the non-arrival of the Voucher Pack or any missing component.

Weather
We reserve the right to cancel an Experience due to adverse weather conditions that would affect your safety. We cannot be held liable for any costs incurred in this circumstance.

Safety
Many of the Experiences featured involve some personal risk. We will require you to sign a disclaimer before we will allow you to take part. On all courses our professional instructors assess a participant’s ability to take part. We reserve the right to refuse any person from participating in any Experience should we deem it necessary. Whilst we consider this to be very unlikely to be enforced, this rule is for safety purposes only. We kindly ask you to respect that our professional instructors’ opinions are final and in your best interests. In this circumstance, the maximum compensation available is limited against the net cost of the element not completed.

Insurance
The Experiences involve some personal risk. Some insurance policies specifically exclude certain Experiences. We can arrange Personal Accident Insurance for your peace of mind. The policy will pay out in the event of loss of sight or limb as well as disablement and death as a direct result of your Experience at one of our locations. We need the name of the participant for the insurance to be in force, although the policy does not need to be in your possession. Full policy details are available on request.

Complaints
The easiest way of resolving complaints is to address them on the day. The hospitality staff will endeavor to put things right immediately. If your complaint cannot be resolved locally, please inform us of any complaint you may have relating to any of our gifts or Experiences by writing to our Customer Services Department. We are always looking to improve upon the services we offer. If you have any thoughts on improvements, please write to our Customer Services Department.

Reserved Course Dates
Courses can be purchased with or without a reserved course date. Course dates can be provisionally booked by telephone but must be confirmed with a payment within 5 working days or the reserve date will be cancelled.

Gift Vouchers
Gift Vouchers are issued for all courses. Open Gift Vouchers are available from a minimum of £100. All gift vouchers are valid for 10 months from the date of occasion, after which time they can be revalidated at a cost of £35.00 for a further 6 months only (plus an increase in price if applicable). The gift vouchers must be extended before the expiry date has passed. Please allow 4 - 5 working days for your gift voucher to be delivered. Express 24 hour delivery of gift vouchers is available at an extra cost of £10.00 provided the booking is made before 1.00pm.

Refund Policy
We can make refunds on non-expired vouchers that still have a specific event date to be arranged (TBA vouchers) ONLY.

In all cases the cost of the course will be refunded LESS 25% for administration charges. Refunds are only made to the person who purchased the gift pack, and are refunded via the original means of payment.

If a date has already been arranged for your event, please refer to ‘Cancellation/Event Date Changes’.

Cancellation/Event Date Changes
Once you have a specific date arranged for your event, the following conditions and charges apply if you need to change the date of your experience:

Without Cancellation Scheme Cover Notification of date change with more than 30 days to event date: £35 administration charge.

Notification of date change with 30 days or less to event date: All monies paid are forfeited.

With Cancellation Scheme Cover
If you have our Cancellation Scheme Cover, these charges may not apply. Please ask our Customer Services Team for full details. In the unlikely event that we need to cancel an experience, we will attempt to contact you as soon as we are aware of the cancellation. Please always give a mobile or last minute contact number when booking so we can reach you.

Everyman Motor Racing liability
in the event of us having to cancel an Experience is limited to re-booking the Experience for another date. These terms do not affect your statutory rights.

Cancellation Scheme
Our special cancellation scheme allows you to transfer to another day, free of charge, in the event of illness of participant or family member, disruption to journey or business commitments. Medical or other documents may be required. Full policy details available on request.

The Formula One Experience - Payment
A £300 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of placing the order. No date may be reserved until we are in receipt of this deposit. The balance is due 8 weeks prior to the Experience date. We reserve the right to release any place where the balance is not promptly received. The deposit is not refundable in this circumstance.

Gift Vouchers
Gift Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of occasion after which time they can be revalidated at a cost of £50 for a further 12 months only. Everyman reserves the right to alter course details at any time. Course extras may be substituted according to availability with extras of comparative value.

Jurisdiction
All aspects of contracts between you and Everyman Motor Racing shall be governed and construed in accordance with English law, and in the event of any dispute the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English court.
