We are currently recruiting for an Administrative Assistant to provide support to the wider Events Team to assist with the coordination and organisation of all paperwork. Duties and Responsibilities:

• Processing and managing all relevant events paperwork and documents both digitally and in paper format
• Processing staff invoices and checking over commission sheets to calculate overall earnings
• Preparing paperwork boxes within a timely manner, ensuring all paperwork for each event is accounted for prior to departing
• Providing overall assistance to the Events Department when required, completing general ad-hoc duties
• Developing an organised paperwork system, ensuring all relevant processes are adhered to

Skills and Requirements:

• GCSE’s (A-C) in English and Mathematics
• Must hold a UK Driving License due to location of work
• Minimum of two years’ experience in an Administrative role essential
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbally
• Must have proven eligibility to work Full-Time in the UK
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Participating in the candidate screening and selection process
• Managing freelance staff, including scheduling, coordination and communication

Do you have a passion for Supercars and think you can handle the heat? We are currently recruiting for Supercar Instructors to join our established Events Team on a freelance, casual basis.

This is not your ordinary Instructing position, you will be driving a variety of vehicles, sporting a fleet of 300+ Supercars. We operate across 22+ venues around the UK, so check out our Locations tab on our page to find your closest track! We can also offer assistance with travel and accommodation if you live more than 50 miles away from the venue.

Working Hours: Variable, on a Freelance basis.

Location: Prestwold, Loughborough.

Salary: £100.00-£250.00 per day (Subject to length of drives completed)

Everyman Racing are looking to expand our strong fleet of Class 1 Drivers to assist with the movement of our 12 Car Open Transporters to and from our events. We currently operate across 22+ venues across the UK, sporting 400 events per year: you’ll never be short of shifts that’s for sure!

You will be transporting some of the most desirable supercars within the UK, whether that be the DB11, Ferrari 458, or Lamborghini Huracan, this is not your standard Driver role.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Completing daily checks of the vehicle before setting off
• Assisting with the loading, unloading and securing of vehicles on the transporter safely
• Maintaining high standards of the vehicle and driving hours compliance
• Delivering and collecting a variety of vehicles to and from over 22+ venues across the Country
• Making sure that every vehicle is delivered safely

Skills and Requirements:

• Must hold a valid CPC, driver qualification and tachograph card
• Minimum of 2 years HGV Class 1 Driving experience essential
• Must hold no more than 6 points on license for minor offences
• Willing to work flexibly to support the needs of the business
• Must have proven eligibility to work in the UK

Our Mechanics pride themselves on their work ethic, and their ability to fix even the most complex of vehicles. You will be responsible for regular vehicle checks prior to being sent out to our events, completing preventative maintenance within a timely manner.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Inspecting components for wear and tear
• Conducting regular preventative maintenance, testing potentially faulty parts
• Diagnosing problems with vehicles and planning repairs
• Maintaining accurate records of each repair performed on vehicles

• Ability to communicate efficiently and effectively
• Capable of working well on own initiative under minimal supervision

You will be working closely with the Fleet and Workshop Manager to support with the various needs of the business. Duties and Responsibilities:

• ­Providing strong administrative support to the workshop function
• Assisting with the coordination of sales within the workshop
• Managing projects and working closely with the Workshop and Fleet Manager to achieve set goals
• Investigating any staff enquiries within the workshop and progressing to management if required
• Monitoring and assisting with activities being carried out within the workshop, coordinating all relevant paperwork
