Everyman Racing is the leading supplier of Driving Experiences in the UK. We are looking for a highly motivated and detailed Technical Assistant to join our team on a Full-time, Permanent basis.
Technical Assistants are the backbone of an event running smoothly. You will you be the go-to person on site for all things technical and electronic.
This role is based in our Hanger at Prestwold Driving Centre. Here you will be tasked with ensuring all of the supercars and Media services are in tip-top condition and event-ready. So if you consider your self a bit tecky, you’re the right person for the job…!

This is a great role for someone who loves supercars, enjoys travelling and is a great problem solver. It is also a very hands-on role with little to no desk work.
Another requirement of this role is to work on the events as the Event Tech this includes two Saturdays per calendar month which is additional to the Full-time salary stated.
The media hub is your main responsibility this is visited by our customers after their Supercar experience has finished to purchase or collect their in-car filming and photos etc. This includes setting up of flight cases including laptops, servers, printers, cameras and payment terminals to name some of the equipment. All hardware and software are yours to manage.
The in-car filming is paramount to the success of Everyman Racing. The filming includes track view and driver view cameras, a GPS module and a microphone. GPS you might say? Well, we show a track map with location and speed within their video. A great package and something that is of great importance to the day.
You will also be on hand to help with any of our professional track photographers and Pit-Lane personnel. This may include covering lunches and ensuring images are perfect for our customers to take home as memories.

The weekly schedule of work alternates. One week you will be working Monday to Friday. Working on the events is built into this role so you would be working away from home on occasion, and this will include setting up and packing down the events. This is not your ordinary Instructing position, you will be driving a variety of vehicles, sporting a fleet of 300+ Supercars.
